The combination of mild weather, an active waterfront community, proximity to Charlotte, and a host of nearby amenities was enough to entice Charlie and his wife Nancy, also a real estate broker, to relocate to the Lake Norman area in 2018. Charlie and Nancy work as a team to renovate and sell homes in collaboration with their clients and luxury home builders in the Lake Norman area. In his spare time, Charlie enjoys tennis and mountain biking on the local trails.
